Leading the HR activity for a rapidly growing site, you will work closely with colleagues internally to understand Sutherland HR practices and our partners in Colombia. You will lead HR across the employee life cycle including on-boarding, performance management, retention, employee engagement, employee relations to constantly improve our employees’ experience. We move at pace in Sutherland, you will be a self-starter, with great prioritization skills and judgement. As an experienced HR Generalist, you will have the ability to form relationships with multiple stakeholders, and influence decisions more informally, with candor and empathy. Lastly, building wellbeing into our everyday work is a key focus for us, come and help us create a happy and healthy working environment. **KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY** - Support Service Delivery in the set up of the Account, ensuring role clarity and a smooth transition from hiring/onboarding/training into production. - Works with our partners to ensure the smooth set up of HR administration - Ensures HR processes and policies in place for legal compliance - Oversees end to end employee lifecycle activities are in place - Performance management: leads activity on performance improvement and guides Team Managers on all aspects of people management - Talent; leads on identifying talent/potential and ensuring development and succession plans are in place for key people/roles, including talent pools for Team Leader roles - Engagement and communication; ensures engagement & plans are in place and effective two-way communication - Analyze employee feedback from EX surveys, conduct focus groups to get a deeper understanding, and act of feedback to improve the Employee Experience - Proactively supports the delivery of global HR process within the country **Qualifications**: PROFILE** - Is resilient, authentic, consistent, reliable, supportive, and visible - Role models Sutherland’s values & behaviors - Builds trust through maintaining confidences and being empathetic - Comfortable working a matrix structure; taking accountability and promoting common goals, able to deal with ambiguity - Strong business acumen and a willingness to continuous learning, keep informed of industry trends and competitor analysis - Confident team player with the ability to work autonomously - Excellent communication, listening and influencing skills - Project Management and change management skills, demonstrates curiosity to get to the root cause of the problem, with ability to prioritize and deliver - Well versed in labor laws and regulatory requirements, ensures up to date knowledge - Talent management expertise, career & succession planning - Experience working with diverse cultures, including new country start ups **QUALIFICAITONS** - Bachelor degree - Experience minimum of 5 years in a similar role - Spanish + Fluent English (B2 minimum)
