Accounting Support Manager The Accounting Support Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the efficiency and effectiveness of job accounting operations. Key responsibilities include supervising leads, managing workload distribution, providing operational reporting to senior management, and monitoring team performance using tools like Power BI. - Manage Leads and ensure balanced workload distribution across accounting teams. - Develop workforce planning strategies for future leadership continuity. - Oversee collection and organization of all billing documentation. - Supervise the generation and timely submission of financial reports. - Monitor team performance and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience leading leaders, coaching teams, and driving performance improvements within Collections, Disputes, Accounting and Billing or related areas. - Technical background, particularly in TMS, accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with upper management and senior leadership.
