Job Description: Transform the Future of Change Management. As a seasoned professional, you will be instrumental in driving our organization's success by spearheading the Global Change Management process. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective strategies to streamline technology changes within production. - Utilize industry best practices to deliver high-quality assignments related to Change Management Operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and compliance across all operations. - Analyze problems and develop innovative solutions that meet the highest standards. - Provide critical input to the Enterprise Change Advisory Board to inform strategic decision-making. - Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and process improvement initiatives that drive business results. - Serve as a key point of contact for Change Management users, providing expert guidance and support. Dimensions: - Impact Change Management operations on a global scale. - Identify and resolve complex technical, customer, or operational challenges. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field. - Proven experience in Change Management, with a strong track record of delivering results. - Fluency in English, with Spanish proficiency highly desirable. - Expertise in ITSM disciplines and frameworks, specifically ITIL, is essential.
