Project Summary: The USAID/OTI Colombia Program aims to address emerging factors of instability by supporting the Government of Colombia (GOC) and communities in the implementation of peace accords. This approach demonstrates that an integrated, comprehensive strategy to conflict can also provide solutions to major national issues such as rural insecurity and illicit economies. The program includes supporting the GOC in understanding post-accord drivers of instability and piloting innovative solutions. It also seeks to enhance the capacity and shared responsibility of GOC and community actors for the implementation of the accords. Please note: Only Colombian citizens are eligible for this position. Position Summary: The Field Logistics Officer (FLO) will support field teams and grantees with logistical and administrative needs, assist with grants administration and local procurement, conduct rapid assessments, and gather situational and security information. The FLO will frequently travel within their assigned area and support grantees implementing complex or first-time grants, as well as assist with Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). This is a fixed-term labor contract position. Responsibilities: Coordinate regularly with field teams and Grants Specialists to maintain communication with grantees and follow up on documentation or needs. Work with Procurement Specialists to confirm delivery of goods and services, reporting any issues. Monitor ongoing grants by attending activities, gathering information, preparing updates and reports on impact and progress, and participating in coordination meetings. Assist with processing grantee paperwork and ensure grant implementation aligns with concepts and timelines. Organize regional meetings with grantees, community leaders, and focus groups. Contribute photographs and documents to grant files. Support the M&E Officer in collecting raw data for database input. Coordinate project events, conferences, and activities, including site selection and logistics. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Chief of Party, Deputy Chief of Party, or Program Development Officer. Contribute to the security network by communicating security and travel information with the Security/Logistics Officer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
