THE ROLE The Director of Business Development (Hunter) is responsible for driving revenue growth within the assigned territory through both Sales efforts and relationship development. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: - When you start closing your first enterprise business partnerships, you will be able to start building and lead your own BD team. - Manage the entire consultative sales process, from lead generation to closing and account management, working closely with multiple stakeholders and professionals at TransPerfect. - Formulate and track business planning in the CRM on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. - Understand TransPerfect’s full line of business in order to design each solution according to client’s needs. - Responsible for the lifetime of the client relationship, ensuring their daily requirements are met. - Travel (including multiple annual conferences, regional training and client meetings) - domestic and/or international. WHAT YOU HAVE: - Fluency in English. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - 3 years of experience working in the same company with prospection. - Proven track record in achieving sales targets. - Experience with enterprise consultative sales life cycle - consultative approach from lead generation until business closure and account management. - Effective time management skills and attention to detail. - Experience updating CRM information on a daily basis. - Experienced in using the Microsoft Office Suite: MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel. - [Differential] Experience with SugarCRM / Sales Navigator / ZoomInfo. - [Differential] Experience working solving complex business problems.
