**Job Description** About the job** The associate will be completely involved in projects from a modelling perspective. The responsibilities will start from understanding project briefs from seniors/internal stakeholders, execute the agreed solution error-free and deliver results on time. The work will be heavy on data analyses and statistical modelling. As the person grows in experience, the profile will require that he/she starts carrying out the above tasks independently, manage projects and contribute to building relationships with internal stakeholders, contribute to improving our analytical solutions by supporting the R&D; (Research & Development) initiatives and value-added insights that the seniors drive. **Responsibilities** - Execute analyses error-free and on time - Gain expertise and experience over standard solutions and be able to deliver them independently - Work towards building efficiencies by identifying faster and simpler ways to improve the existing processes - Support the wider business by carrying out multiple standard/non-standard analyses to under guidance to help build quality and insightful proposals and final insights presentations. - Support R&D; studies as and when required **Qualifications** - Excellent, clear and confident communication in English - Thorough understanding and working knowledge of Statistical techniques like Regression, Cluster and Factor analyses, Significance testing. - Hands on with data processing/programming tools R/Python/SQL/VBA is preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, and reporting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits** - Flexible working environment - Volunteer time off - LinkedIn Learning - Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) **About NIQ** NIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
