We’re looking for a Data Assistant for Customer Success to join our remote team and support our clients by turning data into meaningful insights. In this role, you’ll work closely with our customer success team to analyze performance metrics, prepare engaging presentations, support quarterly business reviews, and help track follow-up actions. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and identifying opportunities for improvement.
