Key responsibilities include guiding the team to use agile methodologies, creating schedules and delivering work on time, grooming backlogs, running scrum calls, unblocking the team, coordinating dependencies, communicating impacts with multiple teams, escalating problems, proposing solutions, overseeing QA and release schedules, and ensuring every task has clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Required Skills and Qualifications Our ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in managing technical teams, including 2+ years as an Agile Scrum Master. They should also have hands-on experience in front-end development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as a strong belief in Agile methodologies. Independent thinking, willingness to escalate problems, ability to set deadlines, skills in measuring and communicating team progress, experience in managing dependencies, deep understanding of clean, modern, maintainable, and high-performance code, collaborative mindset, advanced proficiency in Jira, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and self-awareness are essential.
