Key Responsibilities - Content Management: Oversee content creation, scheduling, and distribution across platforms. Collaborate with teams to ensure brand guidelines and marketing objectives are met. - Lead Management: Track and manage incoming leads from various channels, coordinating handoffs to sales and utilizing CRM tools to optimize lead-to-customer conversion rates. - CAC Monitoring: Monitor and report on Customer Acquisition Cost metrics, identifying opportunities to reduce costs while improving marketing efficiency. - Pipeline Management: Work closely with sales to monitor the marketing pipeline, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing lead flow. - Lead Conversion: Develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns to engage and qualify leads based on defined criteria. - Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insights. - Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies. - Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular marketing reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and present findings to senior leaders. - Brand Management: Ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice across channels. Qualifications - Leadership experience in managing remote teams. - 5+ years in US B2B marketing. - Proven track record of growing a leads pipeline. - Experience in B2B messaging to SMBs across the USA. - Experience with HubSpot Sales & Marketing.
