Job Title: Technical Support Specialist Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technical support specialist to provide first-line assistance to our users. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, deploying systems, troubleshooting mobile devices, and assisting with infrastructure maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy and configure systems for end-users - Collaborate with IT staff to resolve complex issues - Troubleshoot software issues (Adobe Suite, Figma, Box, Slack, Google Apps, MS Office etc.) - Assist with Windows-based issues and basic smartphone support (iOS, Android) - Manage user accounts, groups, and distribution lists - Resolve network issues (file shares, DNS, VPN, printers, etc.) - Conduct weekly IT orientations for new hires - Assist with local meeting room setup and maintenance Requirements: - 4+ years of relevant experience in a technical or customer service role - A working home network and space for occasional laptop storage/shipping - Strong technical acumen with a desire to learn new technologies - Experience with Mac OS X and underlying applications - Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems - Design/creative tool proficiency is an advantage - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills About the Role: This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse team, contributing to the delivery of exceptional services to our clients.
