Senior Business Analyst About the Role: - We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. Job Description: 1. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions. 2. This role involves planning, designing, and implementing business processes and system modifications. 3. The successful candidate will also be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing and documenting complex client requirements, and communicating these to relevant stakeholders. 4. In addition, the Senior Business Analyst will create test case scenarios, monitor testing, and ensure that all client requirements are incorporated into the system design. 5. Required Skills and Qualifications: - A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. - A degree in Business, IT or a relevant field. - Previous experience working in the insurance industry is required. - A strong understanding of business analysis concepts, including defining requirements, translating to technical solutions, and Agile approaches. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. - Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is essential.
