Enhance Global Communications Oversight About the Role This position oversees and directs a team responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures within the Global Banking and Markets division. The successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives to drive process improvements, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain expert knowledge of bank processes and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities - Leadership: Direct a team of managers and senior analysts in executing global communications supervision procedures, including directing review activities and fostering a customer-focused culture. - Business Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank processes, policies, and applications related to global communications supervision. - Documentation & Audit Readiness: Ensure high-risk controls are current and documentation is accurate to sustain procedures. - Global Communications Supervision: Manage execution of GBM Communication Supervision Procedures, planning review resources, liaising with management, and establishing controls for confidentiality. Requirements - Minimum 7+ years of experience in supervisory or senior compliance roles. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or accounting. - Bilingual in Spanish and English; Portuguese preferred but not required.
