**Responsibilities**: - Website Management: Design, update, and maintain websites using WordPress, ensuring a professional and user-friendly interface. - Entrepreneur Support: Provide administrative and strategic support to entrepreneurs and business owners, assisting with day-to-day tasks and long-term projects. - LinkedIn Profile Management: Oversee and optimize LinkedIn profiles for personal branding, lead generation, and networking. This includes updating content, managing connections, and running outreach campaigns. - Sales and Market Research Support: Assist with sales efforts by conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and supporting outreach efforts. - Growth Marketing Support: Help drive growth by managing marketing initiatives, coordinating campaigns, and offering insights on improving digital presence. **Qualifications**: - Experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting entrepreneurs, startups, or small businesses. - Strong WordPress skills, including website design, updates, and maintenance. - Expertise in managing and optimizing LinkedIn profiles. - Sales skills and familiarity with business development processes. - Experience in growth marketing and online business promotion. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Must be native speaker of Spanish. - Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote collaboration tools. - Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively. **Reclatam is an equal opportunity employer, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
