Our intern program is intended to enhance your overall learning experience, give you an opportunity to make an impact, have some fun, and meet great people along the way. **Qualifications**: **Educational Background**: - Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or Social Marketing - Proficiency in English (advanced level preferred) - Desirable knowledge in editing tools and Microsoft Office Suite **Core Skills**: - ** Marketing and Advertising Expertise**: - Strong foundation in advertising, digital marketing, and social marketing - Experience with commercial clients, event planning, mass media, and YouTube campaigns - ** Communication Skills**: - Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on social marketing and strategic messaging - Ability to convey brand values and engage diverse audiences across various channels - ** Technical Proficiency**: - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic editing software - Comfortable working in online environments and utilizing digital tools for marketing analysis **Soft Skills**: - ** Teamwork & Collaboration**: - Proven ability to work well in team settings, contributing positively to group efforts and supporting colleagues - ** Critical & Creative Thinking**: - Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data - Creative mindset with a passion for generating new ideas and innovating marketing strategies - ** Analytical Skills**: - Comfortable conducting analysis and interpreting marketing data - Able to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on findings - ** Innovation & Adaptability**: - Eager to explore different marketing disciplines and test new approaches - Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and experiment with innovative solution
