Leadership and Payroll Expertise Opportunity The Director of Americas Payroll is responsible for overseeing the entire payroll administration process, ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements. This leadership role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure payroll services are processed in accordance with established procedures. - Adhere to internal controls, guidelines, and support internal/external audits. - Monitor team performance, ensure direct reports meet tasks, deadlines, and perform to standards. - Escalate issues, solve problems quickly, and implement process improvements based on findings. - Evaluate service performance, take corrective actions when needed. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: University degree in Business Administration or Finance Experience: At least 8-10 years of payroll processing experience with people management experience Skills: - Strong knowledge of payroll and time management systems. - Proficient in MS-Office applications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
