Customer Success Manager LATAM You are a passionate problem-solver who gets fired up about empowering customers through data analysis and strategic insights? Main Responsibilities: - Client Onboarding & Success: Own a portfolio of key LATAM clients, guiding them from onboarding to becoming power users, and building strong relationships along the way. - Data-Driven Insights: Dive deep into data, uncover actionable insights, and demonstrate the tangible value we bring to their business. - Business Strategy Leadership: Lead engaging business reviews and technical deep dives, shaping strategy for client success and fostering collaboration. - Product Collaboration: Work closely with our Product, BI, and Solutions Engineering teams to deliver exceptional experiences and drive continuous improvement. - Growth Opportunities: Identify expansion opportunities, suggest optimizations, and pave the way for mutual success. - Client Relationship Building: Travel within the LATAM region to build personal relationships with clients and foster a sense of partnership. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management (required) - a Master's is a plus. - A track record of academic excellence, demonstrating commitment to learning and growth. - 3-5 years of experience in consulting, project management, or customer-facing roles, ideally with a focus on data and analytics. - A strong analytical toolkit, with hands-on experience in BI tools, SQL, and the ability to tell compelling stories with data. - Fluency in English - your words will inspire and empower our clients. - A solid understanding of SaaS environments - you'll thrive in our fast-paced tech world. - A deep-rooted understanding of the Retail industry - you'll excel in this space.
