Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for continuously improving internal processes and contributing strategically to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Analyze and improve internal processes to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce resolution times. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements. - Develop and maintain metrics to measure process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field. - At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a back-office environment. - Fluency in English (B2+) both written and verbal. - Excellent communication and analytical skills.
