Performance & Rewards LATAM Head_ - _ Location: Bogotá (Colombia) or Mexico City_ - _ Job type: Permanent, Full time_ About the job Main responsibilities: - You will have the chance to oversee the creation of MCO compensation policies, adapt, implement, and administrate of all Global or Regional compensation, benefits and performance strategies and programs within MCO scope, aiming for internal equity and external competitiveness, with One Sanofi vision and an employee-centric approach. You will be responsible for ensuring that all compensation, benefits and performance programs and practices are legally compliant and administered in a manner that assures compliance with local legal labor framework._ Compensation - Lead all local compensation programs and projects. - Assist and provide support to the People Director and the People Business Partners in addressing any compensation issues and in administration of compensation programs. Ensure proper coordination with the Labor Relations Lead. - Consult proactively with and influence senior management on business issues, People and Culture topics and organizational design issues that compensation systems may impact. - Lead and develop the local adaptation of the Performance & Reward strategic roadmap and ensure proper execution. - Identify, analyse and implement solutions to complex and difficult compensation issues and advise management to ensure consistency within Sanofi compensation framework. - Maintain Sanofi global grading evaluation system, ensuring proper governance implementation. - Monitor annual compensation core processes (common merit increase process, equity adjustments, promotions) to ensure accurate and timely delivery. - Collaborate with the team executing the sales incentive plans to ensure equity and consistency across MCO scope. - Ensure a competitive positioning aligned with business and market realities. - Recommend, plan and implement annual adjustments to Sanofi salary structure. - Oversee participation in salary surveys to determine the organization's market relationship. - Develop and conduct appropriate compensation training as necessary to assure proper understanding and administration of compensation programs and practices. - Escalate any local issues or needs that may require adjustments to corporate policies and programs or proper flexibility. **Benefits**: - Manage MCO benefit programs. - Develop and recommend changes in benefit policies and procedures as appropriate aligned with global and reinforcing the cultural journey (i.e., flexible programs, new ways of working). - Anticipate competitive positioning needs relative to benefit strategies to ensure Sanofi benefits meet the competitive market. Recommend plans and implement annual adjustments if needed. Performance - Lead the performance process in the MCO, define milestones and track results. About you - Experience: Solid experience in HR and C&B; at LATAM level, in a multinational environment; ideally in managing complex projects that required good stakeholder management, change management and business transformation. - Soft skills: Teamwork, Strategic Vision, Analytical capacity, Communication-influence skills, Work well in a cross-functional team with an important focus in business results, Stakeholder management and Disruptive thinking. - Technical skills: Have knowledge about local labor law - as an added value. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related area_s_ - Languages: Good level of reading, spoken and written English Pursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there.
