As an Associate Manager for Key Accounts, you will be responsible for leading the development of our channel, generating negotiations that enhance our presence and relevance in the market. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and take on the challenge of developing the off and on season strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis. - Lead the development of the channel and negotiate agreements with key partners to increase brand presence and relevance. - Develop strategic plans for the off and on season to drive business growth and profitability. - Identify new business opportunities for Mattel in the market and develop proposals to present to stakeholders. - Manage client portfolios and promotional budgets to ensure alignment with company goals. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess advanced Excel skills, experience in retail/mass consumption sales, and strong negotiation and leadership abilities. - Advanced Excel skills to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Experience in retail/mass consumption sales with a minimum of 4 years in commercial roles. - High negotiation skills to persuade and close deals, business leadership skills to structure and develop business, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
