A Waiter/ess is responsible for delivering exceptional Guest and Member experiences while showcasing extensive knowledge of menu offerings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner. 2. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to licensing and liquor regulations. 3. Maintain knowledge of the menu and all products. 4. Ensure mis-en-place is well stocked at all floor stations. 5. Follow correct reporting procedures if issues arise. 6. Ensure food and beverage orders meet quality standards and are delivered promptly. 7. Practice Hilton grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene. 8. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
