This role requires proactive and self-sufficient developers who can independently drive tasks and adapt quickly to challenges. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot in a microservices architecture. Structure and lead technical refinements and engage in hands-on Java microservices development to build RESTful APIs. Develop and evolve high-performance solutions in a scalable environment, ensuring quality through automated tests (TDD) and code reviews. Manage relational and NoSQL databases. Qualifications: Strong experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and microservices. Experience with automated test development using the test pyramid strategy. A continuous improvement mindset with a strong problem-solving ability. Advanced proficiency in English. Differentials: Architecture: Clean Architecture or DDD. Knowledge in Microsoft Azure Cloud. CI/CD and DevOps automation practices focusing on scalability, security, and performance. Proficiency in developing and deploying applications on Kubernetes and AKS platforms.
