Job Title: Technical Support Engineer This role is responsible for providing expert technical guidance to enterprise customers utilizing our cloud-based platform. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, including Linux, Unix, and familiarity with other operating systems. Key Responsibilities: - Answer complex technical questions and application configuration queries for our enterprise customers - Troubleshoot first- and second-level technical issues, collaborating with other teams as necessary - Be accountable for customer production environments and develop knowledge articles for their use in the company's knowledge base Qualifications: - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Prior experience in software support is highly desirable - Strong technical foundation, including Linux, Unix, and familiarity with other operating systems - Ability to learn scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Shell, Python) and understand web technologies (XML, XSLT, DOM, HTML) - Capacity to articulate solutions to intricate technical problems clearly and concisely - Experience working directly with external customers in a support environment, preferably in an enterprise software context Our company values diversity and promotes equal opportunity employment.
