Marketing Operations Associate The role of Marketing Operations Associate plays a pivotal part in the company's marketing endeavors. This position involves overseeing campaign infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, and fostering scalable growth. This entails maintaining visibility into performance across channels and capturing content that highlights products for customers. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior team members to drive strategic decisions and execute hands-on tasks. Responsibilities: - Maintain and optimize data within HubSpot and Company App, including lead tagging, segmentation, source attribution, lifecycle tracking, and syncing with sales workflows. - Build and manage automated lead routing for timely and accurate sales qualification. - Deliver daily lead reports to senior team members, broken down by brand, source, and campaign. Campaign Performance Reporting: - Create and manage dashboards tracking metrics like Cost per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and qualified leads. - Analyze data from various sources, including Meta, Google, email, and organic platforms, to optimize campaigns. - Identify underperforming ad groups or channels for adjustment. - Monitor trends to forecast seasonal demand, content performance, and marketing ROI. Content Capture: - Spend 1–2 hours daily capturing high-quality video and photo content, including behind-the-scenes, product use, operational activities, trade shows, and events. - Organize, label, and upload raw content daily to shared drives. - Send daily summaries to team members on content details. Requirements: - Advanced English proficiency. - Proven experience with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot). - VISA is a plus.
