Sutherland is looking for someone analytical and attentive to join us as **Analyst in Work Force Management.** The Analyst in Work Force Management will be responsible in building schedule plans for assigned programs and monitoring efficiency of schedules. Work Force Management Analyst gets to: **Be the expert**: Study historical trends and actual shrinkage to change & adapt scheduling plans; Ensure scheduling efficiency **Extend support**: Plan team activities such as meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions **Strengthen relationships**: Participate in team calls to understand the project objectives, seek relevant clarifications and respond appropriately to client queries **Set the path to success**: Design the research framework approach on the basis of preliminary research and allocate responsibilities **Qualifications**: - 1-2 years of reporting experience in the same capacity - Knowledge in CMS Avaya and other WFM Tools - Proficiency MS Excel or Google Sheets - Attention to details - Excellent communication skills. Able to communicate with stakeholders and clients confidently using the English language - Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements - Reliability in following through with commitments and responsibilities - Ability to innovate and deploy data-driven business solutions - Ability to manage and navigate a constantly changing business environment - Tenure of at least 18 months in the company. - Should have a minimum of "Exceeds Most" overall average PDP score or part of the top 20%. - No active disciplinary actions. - Attention to details - Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player - Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements - Reliability in following through with commitments and responsibilities - Ability to innovate and deploy data-driven business solutions - Ability to manage and navigate a constantly changing business environment - Basic WFM knowledge - Proficiency MS Excel
