We're seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation and collaboration. You'll work closely with engineering and support teams to identify trends, prepare summaries for leadership, and ensure workflows are efficient. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and reporting skills, experience in process management, and proficiency in technical writing and documentation. They will also possess excellent project coordination abilities and be able to collaborate with diverse teams. Strong communication skills are essential for presenting to leadership and global teams. This is a remote position based in Colombia. The successful candidate will work independently, managing vendor relationships and overseeing hardware standards. They will also engage in process management activities, updating documentation and addressing bottlenecks. Responsibilities may include: • Creating and reviewing reports and analysis to check key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, and preparing summaries for leadership. • Attending stand-up meetings with internal engineering and support teams to discuss ongoing challenges, potential improvements, and strategies for current projects. • Engaging in process management activities, updating process documentation, ensuring workflows are efficient, and addressing any bottlenecks. • Working on technical writing tasks, such as creating and updating knowledge documentation. • Coordinating new projects and operational demands, including initiating new projects, tracking demands, and providing status updates to stakeholders. • Managing vendor relationships with global suppliers, overseeing hardware standards, order processing, and handling any escalations that arise. • Meeting with partner engineering and support teams to discuss program-level initiatives, focusing on strategies, improvements, and financials. • Preparing and presenting detailed reports that highlight critical information and recommendations. • Presenting process, workflow, and program changes to global IT teams, ensuring all teams are aligned and informed about any updates or modifications.
