We're seeking a strategic Manager, Product Management - Business Intelligence, LAC who will drive revenue and margin targets for our solutions across customer segments and go-to-market strategies in Latin America and the Caribbean region. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead product development and continuous improvement to address client needs, regional priorities, and achieve B&MI; revenue and margin targets. 2. Co-create and drive go-to-market strategies for priority products across distribution channels. 3. Engage and enhance usage of Business Intelligence platforms by internal and external stakeholders. 4. Disseminate main capabilities both internally and externally with compelling storytelling and data. 5. Identify opportunities for improvement across sales and delivery lifecycle, fostering positive experiences with B&MI; solutions. Requirements: 1. More than 4 years of experience in management consulting for financial services or digital product management in Latin America. 2. High-level problem-solving, creativity, communication, and relationship-building skills. 3. Exhibit Mastercard Way behaviors to be effective in cross-functional teams. 4. Proficient and autonomous in Profit and Loss (P&L;) analysis and management. 5. Fluency in English required, fluency in Spanish and Portuguese highly valued.
