About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our legal operations department, you will be responsible for leading the execution and continuous improvement of operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing dashboards, databases, and KPI calculations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Dashboard & Reporting Management 2. Design, develop, and enhance the Law Department dashboard to provide actionable insights. 3. Maintain and evolve KPI tracking systems, ensuring alignment with departmental goals. 4. Consolidate and manage data from multiple sources, including Contract Management Systems, GBSC, Outside Counsel, Procurement, and other platforms. 1. Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering 2. Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the Law Department to understand operational needs and define key performance indicators. 3. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting and analytics. 4. Work with Technology and other Analytics teams to perform the activities. 1. Data Visualization & Innovation 2. Create impactful visualizations tailored to diverse audiences. 3. Continuously innovate data representation methods to enhance clarity and decision-making. 1. Project Execution & Delivery 2. Lead and execute assigned Legal Operations initiatives with a focus on quality, timeliness, and measurable outcomes. 3. Track project performance, manage launches, and identify opportunities for future enhancements. 1. Process Optimization & Documentation 2. Drive process improvements and standardization across legal operations. 3. Develop business cases, internal documentation, and go-to-market strategies to support operational initiatives. Requirements: - Strong analytical skills and experience in managing dashboards, databases, and KPI calculations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. - Ability to build and evaluate business cases, including cost-benefit and ROI analysis. - Experience leading cross-functional teams in process analysis, design, and optimization. - Customer-centric mindset with a focus on enhancing user experience. - Passion for continuous improvement and leveraging external best practices.
