Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our Global Shared Services Team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing best-in-class service within our operations service lines, supporting our regions and countries across the globe. Your primary responsibility will be to understand documentation requirements for various stations/countries and ensure job execution adheres to standard operating procedures. You will also work closely with colleagues to identify solutions, best practices, and service improvements. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of logistics principles and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and experience in BPO or logistics domains is preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure department SLAs and KPIs are met according to delivery guidelines. - Deliver high-quality service through timely and accurate completion of tasks. - Collaborate with stakeholders for communication and information flow as defined for the service. Required Skills/Abilities: - Bachelor's degree (any field). - 0-3 years of experience in BPO or logistics domain. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Exposure to Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERP) is preferred.
