Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy Development - New Business Pursuit - Client Relationship Management - Sales Team Leadership - Top-Line Growth - Market Trend Analysis Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the staffing or talent acquisition industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing large enterprise accounts. - Strong understanding of the U.S. staffing market and experience working with remote or global teams. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and optimize sales performance. Preferred Skills: - Experience selling nearshore/remote staffing solutions. - Familiarity with CRM systems.
