NeoWork is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief ofStaff to join our leadership team. As the Chief of Staff, you willwork closely with the executive team to drive strategicinitiatives, optimize operations, and ensure seamless communicationacross the organization. In this pivotal role, you will beresponsible for managing strategic projects, facilitating effectivedecision-making, and assisting in the development and execution ofbusiness strategies. The ideal candidate will have exceptionalleadership skills, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability towork collaboratively with diverse teams. We are looking for anindividual who is proactive, resourceful, and capable of managingmultiple priorities while maintaining a high level ofprofessionalism. You will serve as a key advisor, trusted partner,and operational leader within NeoWork. Responsibilities - Workclosely with the CEO, and executive team to prioritize and executestrategic initiatives. - Facilitate communication and collaborationacross departments to ensure alignment on goals and objectives. -Oversee the execution of key projects and initiatives, trackingprogress and adjusting plans as necessary. - Prepare and presentreports and updates to the executive team on key performanceindicators and business metrics. - Serve as a mentor to otherleaders and team members throughout the organization. - Manageinternal and external relationships, representing the CEO andexecutive team as needed. - Drive organizational change andimplement best practices that enhance operational efficiency. -Conduct research, analysis, and recommendations to supportstrategic decision-making. Requirements - 5+ years of experience ina senior leadership role, preferably as a Chief of Staff, Directorof Operations, or similar position - 3+ years for a US startup /tech company, and must be comfortable with fast-paced demandingenvironment - Proven experience in managing strategic projects andleading cross-functional teams - Social media management experience- Exceptional leadership and team management skills - Stronganalytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent written andverbal communication skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced anddynamic environment - Experience in developing and implementingoperational strategies - Strong interpersonal skills and theability to build relationships at all levels - Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Management, or a related field; MBApreferred - Ability to work independently and manage multiplepriorities effectively - Owned computer or laptop and stableinternet connectivity.
