About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialist to lead our website experimentation and conversion rate optimization strategy focused on B2B growth and self-serve acquisition goals. - Define and execute a comprehensive testing roadmap that drives meaningful improvements in funnel performance. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to launch and iterate on experiments that drive engagement and conversion. - Monitor and analyze user behavior and conversion trends using tools like Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, or Hotjar. - Promote a culture of experimentation by aligning stakeholders, sharing insights, and building a repeatable, data-driven process. The Ideal Candidate: We're looking for a seasoned CRO professional with: - At least five years of experience in conversion rate optimization, experimentation, or growth-focused roles with a strong emphasis on B2B or self-serve acquisition funnels. - A proven track record of running testing programs that lead to measurable improvements in engagement and conversion. - Hands-on experience with experimentation tools like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, or FullStory. - An analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights and develop compelling, data-backed recommendations.
