1. Our position - **_Value & Access Manager Vaccines COPAC _**: - _Location: Bogotá, Colombia _ - _Job type: Full time _ 2. About the job **Our Team**: - Develop and implement strategies that ensure market access for Vaccine’s portfolio, through an effective understanding of local regulations and the health system, understanding needs and having effective communication with local stakeholders in a public and private channel. _ **Main responsibilities**: - Develops and implements Market Access strategy for early stage products and launches in Vaccines - Responsible of securing and positioning Market access within the BU - Coordinates the access strategy with commercial partner functions, local MAx function (HEVA and pricing) and MAx global to ensure consistent value story and tools are in place in a timely manner - Provides input into product forecasts, including strategic, operational, and financial forecasting and works closely with local pricing to implement global pricing guidance and potential innovative contracting tools. - Adapts & coordinates timely roll-out of deliverables (Value dossiers, economic models, payer engagement activities) - Maintains a high level of knowledge with regards to the scientific, clinical, and commercial developments in the Medical diseases area and Promotion and prevention programs - Develops and maintains a robust understanding of relevant pricing and reimbursement criteria used by payers to make informed decisions about payer strategy, plans and tactics, including the Public government and policies - In charge of KAM/KAD/ Institutional Reps training in the specific value proposals and payer environment - Works closely and transversally with marketing, medical, KAMs, KADs and salesforce to create and implement the access strategy - Design and implement where applicable a contracting strategy to secure the introduction of the specific assets. Also, in charge of designing and execution payer partnerships in a public and private channel. - Maps and prioritize payers and influencers - Networking with key stakeholders, regional Policy Makers and Budget Holders - Lead payer events 3. About you - **Experience**: Experience in the related therapeutic area (Vaccines, epidemiology and Public Health) in pharmaceutical industry where he/she gained thorough knowledge about government’s structure and public policies, institutional market, health economics concepts and their applicability. It is desirable to have experience as payer role, such as management positions at Government, HMOs, Healthcare organizations or Market access area. - **Technical skills**: This position requires analytical skills to translate clinical information and messages into payer access strategies. It also requires strong communication-influence skills and the ability to work well in a cross-functional team with an important focus in business results. - **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Medicine, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing. - **Languages**: Advanced English level 4.
