Pursue high-quality leads through cold calls, emails, and strategic networking within the US market. Educate before making a pitch. The goal is to empower clients rather than merely sell to them. Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Prospecting: Identify promising leads via cold calls, email campaigns, and networking efforts. - Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitors to pinpoint key targets and potential customers. - Value Communication: Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our IT solutions and software development to prospects. - Sales & Satisfaction: Negotiate effectively, close deals, and ensure every client walks away satisfied. - Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met. - Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry shifts, emerging market conditions, and competitor tactics to refine sales strategies. Requirements - A minimum of 5 years in tech sales with a proven track record. - Proficiency in tools such as email marketing platforms and lead hunting software. - At least some college education. A Bachelor's degree is highly valued. - Fluent English, as all sales efforts will be conducted in English. - Full-time commitment: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm CST. Remote work options available.
