Job DescriptionThe People Experience Manager for Colombia will play a pivotal rolein elevating the HR function to support our country's growthobjectives. This role requires a strong HR leader to deploy HRprocesses, enhance team performance, coach leaders and address keyrecruitment and retention challenges. Joining as the PeopleExperience Manager for Colombia, how will you make an impact? -Ensure proactive and timely execution of the country HeadcountPlan, balancing speed and quality in talent acquisition. -Implement and standardize effective HR policies and processes thatalign with our growth strategy and global PX system (includingtalent acquisition, performance management and talent management,among others). - Coach and collaborate with Colombia’s leadershipteam to align HR strategies with organizational goals whileproviding expert advice on people matters. - Develop and implementprograms to improve the employee lifecycle, impacting turnover. -Act as a strategic advisor on organizational development andemployee engagement. - Manage labor affairs in collaboration withthe legal team and external vendors. - Build and develop ahigh-performing local PX team. Qualifications What will help youthrive? - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IndustrialEngineering, Psychology, Law or a related field. - At least 6 yearsof HR experience, including 3 years in a senior HR role within ahigh-growth or scaling organization. - Proven success in optimizingHR functions, addressing recruitment and retention challenges, andleading cultural transformation. - Fluent in spoken and writtenEnglish. - Results-oriented, hands-on and proactive.
