We seek an experienced Quality & Safety Specialist to ensure compliance with ISO standards across warehouses and offices. The role entails conducting audits, inspections, and implementing continuous improvement programs to uphold operational excellence and regulatory compliance. - Develop and manage quality plans aligned with client and operational needs. - Lead management review meetings and collaborate with site managers to drive continuous improvement. - Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with QSHE standards. - Implement and maintain external certifications (e.g., ISO 9001). - Coordinate audits with certifying bodies, clients, and regulatory entities. - Define and track quality KPIs at national and site level; support performance reviews. - Manage training programs and promote a strong quality culture. - Ensure compliance with local regulations related to QSHE and support operational readiness. - Collaborate with other departments to drive cost-effective improvements in QSHE processes. Requirements: - Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field. - 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality or Auditing roles within multinational companies. - Proven competencies in internal and external audits; ISO certification experience is desirable. - English level: B2 or higher. - Knowledge of international management systems (e.g., ISO frameworks).
