Summary of the role: Thisposition's purpose is to develop and achieve our B2B Paymentsrevenue, adoption and gross margin targets in accordance with thebusiness plan. Collaborate and help build the business/marketstrategy and execute both business development and commercial/salesplan for the region. Work with the corporate Outpayce team,Issuers, Credit Card networks such as MasterCard and VISA and TRUto execute the plan. Develop and sustain the relationships andalignment with the overall Amadeus collaborating organizations. Asuccessful Sales Manager for Americas will ultimately play a rolein their customers’ differentiation from their competitors in theB2B Payments arena. Will be also responsible for Commercialguidance and strategy execution to the other Outpayce SalesManagers in the Americas region. In this role you’ll: - Build,develop and maintain structured relationships with Travel Agenciesin order to find new opportunities, retain and expand B2B Walletmarket share. Working in full coordination with TCH locally toensure support and customer satisfaction. - Develop requirementsdocumentation clearly reflecting customer requirements. Identifycustomers’ needs; analyze and propose potential solutions and worktogether with Payments Team in order to find the best product thatfits customers’ requirements. - Collaborate with the productstrategy definition, and also with product expansion in the region. - Develop and maintain partnerships with the most importantplayers/partners in the region. Coordinate B2B Walletimplementation process in all main customers in order to guaranteea quick adoption, covering all possible gaps that might appearduring this process.
