NETSCOUT is looking for an experienced Account Manager to sell Service Assurance, DDoS, Threat Intelligence, NDR and other Cybersecurity software products to Enterprise Customers in an assigned geographic region. You will work with current alliance partners and identify new alliances as necessary. Ensure the necessary on boarding and launching of alliances through to sales and technical certification is defined, delivered, and measured. You will establish, develop, and maintain strong professional sales & sales management relationships with current and future channel partners. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** *** - Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines - Follows a selling process - Responsible for booking business per the company bookings policies and revenue recognition policy - Understand the customer’s business and how our products impact their business - Develops strong relationships and coaches in the accounts and channel partners - work with current alliance partners, scan and identify new alliances as necessary - Develops a pipeline of 4X quota and is constantly prospecting in new or existing accounts - Consistently calls at multiple levels high and wide - Works collaboratively with Sales Engineers to ensure ongoing account technical support. - Follows company strategy and direction - Substantial travel within region and occasionally beyond is required **Education Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree **Experience Requirements**: - 5 + years sales experience in Network Security Software - 5 + years sales experience in Network Performance Management solutions - A quantifiable track record of success demonstrated by territory/professional growth - A solid, articulate understanding of our technology, market, and client profile - Track record of exceptional and consistent quota achievement - Proven success, established customers and contacts, and solid territory knowledge - You will need the skill to work independently with large, complex accounts - Experience signing and developing business with major Channel partners. - Strong background with networking and data center security products - Ability to work in an environment where positive confrontation is the norm. - Must have a proven network of multi-level relationships at Channel Partners - Ability to source, pursue and close new business **Location: Must live in Colombia** **Requirements**: - Job Type - Full-Time - Location - Colombia, - Bogota - Preferred Language - English - **NETSCOUT Is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer** NETSCOUT is an equal opportunity employer.
