**QA LEAD** **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Lead the QA engineering team in charge of product quality. - Manual, End-to-end, and Integration testing. - Drive test automation initiatives. - Work with Customer Success to triage and resolve customer issues. - Be the champion for quality across the organization. - Grow the QA team. **MUST HAVE’S** - Must have 5+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance. - Must have 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team, preferably in Testing / QA. - Passionate about ensuring the delivery of a high-quality product and providing an exceptional experience for users. - Should have Ability to see the bigger picture and implement or adapt plans to address potential future issues. - Proven communication and collaboration skills both written and verbal. - Able to drive large projects, stretching to cross-team and cross-department. - Leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and coaching of others. - Experience establishing and implementing processes and strategies for a team. - Self-starter and self-driven. - Experience with the following technologies preferred: - Test frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, etc.) and Programming languages (Java, Python, Ruby, or equivalent). - Version control (Git) - CI/CD (Jenkins) - Google Cloud - Jira - Kubernetes and Docker **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
