More than 30,000 organizations already rely on us to verify the identities of people and things, grant access to digital services, analyze vast quantities of information and encrypt data to make the connected world more secure. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** - Have detailed technical knowledge of Thales products in order to be able to assemble and deliver to customers on time. - Ensure customer understanding of Digital payment topics, provide trainings and knowledge sharing sessions to customer development teams. - Help to ensure quality commitments to our customers, their satisfaction with product and provided services. - Support the R&D; team by suggesting product enhancements, new features and by providing customer feedback. - Participate on customer meetings (remote) with possibility for on-site if necessary. - Collaborate regularly with engineering R&D; team, based in Europe and Asia, and Regional Technical Leaders / PMs worldwide. **REQUIREMENTS** - Degree in Electrical/Computer Science or a related field. - Previous experience in software development. - Detailed experience with mobile platforms, libraries, tools, and SDK development. - Fluent in English, you must have a good customer-related mindset and attitude. - Proactive, independent in tasks, organized, analytical, and problem solver.
