Role Overview: As a Junior QA Manager, youwill define and maintain the IVVQ strategy and coordinate teamactivities, establishing priorities to develop solutions. You willmanage all testing activities to ensure the solution provides valueto the customer. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the ProjectLeader to analyze the project, define testing strategies, andprepare test and acceptance plans. - Manage, assign, and scheduleQA activities, creating and executing test plans and proceduresaligned with project milestones. - Specify methods and resources,and tailor IVVQ environments accordingly. - Develop validationstrategies to ensure successful project implementation and approvelower-level solution components to ensure QA consistency. - Overseethe integration of all solution components. Monitor and review testprogress, consolidate, and report results on: - Solutionspecifications - Design - Architecture - Bug and defect reviewsQualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Software Engineering, or related fields. - Over 5 years ofexperience in similar roles, with at least 3 years in softwarevalidation. - Hands-on experience in software validation. - Strongknowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Experiencewith inter-server communications (HTTP/HTTPS, POP/SMTP, FTP/SFTP,Sockets, TCP/IP). - Fluent in Spanish and English (B2 level). Position Requirements: - Availability for international travelwithin LATAM. - Colombian citizenship or valid work permit. -Hybrid role based in Bogotá, with office presence required.
