**Description**: This position is responsible for owning all aspects of the customers executions, Promoters (if are available), trainings, retail service, sell in - sell thru analysis and store renovations. With 3+ years of experience in the Marketing area or involved with retailers from the store stand point. Self-driven, very organized, efficient and multitask. The resource is key to the category development. This person will have full portfolio visibility & will lead publishers[JV1] initiatives as well as specific innovation & communication projects segment. Should feel as comfortable with numbers as with conceptualization; should feel as comfortable building a business case as brainstorming ideas. *** **Main Responsibilities**: - File information preparation, delivery of audiovisual content material. - Design Requirements, corrections and final validation with Publishers[JV2], Brands and/or customers (Retails & Specialist) - Promotional activities communication, customer Status report & Sales status report elaboration: elaborate the reports output with collected data & images support per Promotion per product and per Customer. - Coordinate and execute new promotions reach per customer and SKU with commercial team per Publishers[JV3] and made a price analysis. - Work on Budget prospect, contact suppliers, develop models & costs, set up a new vendor - Daily communication to customers database about new releases, upgrades, Peak season initiatives or future commercial activities. - Agency coordination in order to work on launches or special activities executions at POS, work on designs request, production, coordinate logistics of POP Material. - Responsible for everything related to the promoters team when launches come; coverage, sell in - sell thru improvement, training content to get great executions. - Contact person with buyers to present new releases and investment possibilities plan to be developed in the country. **Requirements**: - Bachelor in Marketing or business administration required. - 3+ years of experience in retail, supervision, point of sales and training. - Experience in video game [JV4] or consumer electronics or Retail field. - General knowledge marketing, retail executions, sell in - sell thru and inventory management. - Superior written and verbal skills to facilitate the communication process - must be able to convey information and ideas clearly. - A proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationship with a variety of stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills with a creative approach to idea generation and problem-solving. - Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment. - The individual must be organized, creative, resourceful, strategic, and results oriented. - Self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook, forward planner, team player and must be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software; specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint. - Bilingual (Spanish and English) a must. - High project management skills, having interpersonal outstanding communications skills to influence and make things happen while participating in multidisciplinary teams with stressed timings. - Negotiation skills and interaction with external Communication Agencies: Give direction.
