Senior Consultant - Cloud and Automation Nokia's Advanced Consulting Services (ACS), part of Cloud & Network Services (CNS), is a growing team of consultants who work directly with customers to address their strategic challenges, assess and recommend transformations, and implement solutions based on Nokia or third-party software platforms. As Nokia's growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models. Responsibilities include: Analyzing client requirements and identifying opportunities for improvement within their cloud and operations automation landscape. Designing and implementing solutions leveraging industry best practices and standards (TM Forum, ETSI, 3GPP). Developing technical documentation such as requirement specifications, architecture diagrams, high-level (HLDs), and low-level designs (LLDs). Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (development, operations, sales) to ensure successful project delivery. Staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in telecom automation, including operations automation. Providing ongoing support to clients post-implementation. Supporting presales activities during the sales process. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred). 12-15+ years of experience in telecom Cloud automation or related roles within the telecommunications industry. In-depth knowledge of cloud lifecycle management tools (CI/CD, GIT, Repo, etc.). Deep understanding of operations automation use cases and functionalities (inventory management, service provisioning, trouble ticketing, etc.). Strong skills in the latest AI advances in telecom, especially in Cloud LCM and Operations automation. Proficiency with open source tools used in cloud lifecycle management and automation landscapes. Strong understanding of telecommunications network architecture and technologies. Knowledge of Telecom Core networks, OSS, BSS ecosystems, and industry standards (TM Forum Open APIs, eTOM). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in teams. Fluent English required.
