Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced call center team in Cali, Colombia. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for coaching and supporting your team to achieve their goals, monitoring performance metrics, and resolving customer issues efficiently.
