We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Collection Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring timely and effective collections, managing contract administration, and collaborating closely with key internal teams, including Customer Success, Sales (Commercial), and Finance. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of balancing firmness in collections with professionalism and customer care. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute collection activities to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances. Administer and review contracts to ensure compliance with financial and operational terms. Collaborate with Customer Success to address client concerns and provide smooth account resolution. Partner with Sales (Commercial) to align on client agreements, renewals, and financial obligations. Work hand-in-hand with the Finance department to reconcile accounts, monitor outstanding invoices, and report on collection status. Negotiate payment plans with clients while maintaining positive customer relationships. Track, analyze, and report on collection performance metrics, highlighting risks and opportunities. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce collection cycles. Proven experience in collections and contract administration . Strong background in working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance. Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Excellent communication and negotiation skills . Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships. Highly results-driven , self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP/CRM systems. Experience with HubSpot is a strong advantage.
