Windows Workplace Tech Engineer Softtek Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our regional End User Services (EUS) teams and drive technology roadmaps forward. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Windows OS, drivers, and services (Level 3 support), as well as experience coordinating regional EUS teams and roadmaps. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is recommended. - Strong understanding of Microsoft SaaS products (Office Online apps, Win32 Office). - Hands-on experience with Lenovo laptops/desktops evaluation and onboarding. - Familiarity with PC accessories (monitors, keyboards, mice, personal printers) and technology roadmap creation. - Strong planning, documentation, and multi-tasking skills. - Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and handle escalations. Responsibilities: - Coordinate regional EUS operations, ensuring alignment with project roadmaps and managing escalations. - Act as Level 3 support and product owner for various technologies, including Microsoft SaaS and Office 365 Win32, Chrome / Edge, and PC accessories. - Manage the lifecycle and packaging coordination for software and hardware. - Lead the yearly selection and onboarding process of end-user devices. - Own the technical evaluation and roadmap creation for end-user technologies. Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced English language skills (80–95%). - Experience working with Cisco VPN workstation packages. - Knowledge of PC accessories and technology roadmaps.
