Reimagining Enterprise IT with Patching Expertise Auxis seeks a skilled Patching Operations Center Analyst to orchestrate server OS patch deployment, schedule and track critical patches, ensure system performance, security, and availability across the enterprise. Responsibilities - Execute and manage the patching program for infrastructure deployment. - Schedule and deploy critical/security patches while tracking progress. - Conduct thorough reviews of patches pre- and post-deployment. - Manage patch windows, maintain documentation, and provide transparency. - Offer timely reporting and communicate patching status to stakeholders. - Effectively manage patching tickets, escalating issues when necessary. - Monitor system alerts and respond promptly to maintain uptime. - Collaborate closely with IT teams and vendors to resolve issues and drive improvements. Requirements & Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in related fields, preferably with IT background. - Hands-on experience with Windows server administration, networking, and Active Directory is essential. - High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is preferred. Technical Proficiencies - Proficient knowledge of ITIL principles, patch management tools (Azure Update Management, WSUS, Manage Engine). - Familiarity with Microsoft Security Update Guide, monitoring tools, virtualization, and cloud computing basics. - Az-900 certification is required. - Strong communication and reporting skills are crucial.
