Vertiv Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia Join or sign in to find your next job Join to apply for the Sr. Human Resources Business Partner role at Vertiv Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned teams, ensuring an effective selection process that attracts suitable talent through internal or external channels, providing an excellent candidate experience. Support recruitment strategy as the initial contact point between stakeholders, assisting in candidate sourcing, market analysis, and leveraging online job postings to generate talent pipelines. Collaborate with the HRBP Manager to design onboarding plans for new hires or internal promotions, ensuring a positive impact on employee success. Ensure employees have the necessary tools and access to company ERP systems. Monitor and communicate employee objectives, adapting to business or organizational changes. Assist with internal and external HR-related matters. Participate in developing organizational policies and procedures in collaboration with the country HR Manager. Recommend strategies for employee motivation and initiatives to promote Vertiv's Culture and Values. Support employee development plans and performance management. Maintain updated organizational structures in HR management systems. Stay informed on HR best practices and trends. Keep abreast of local labor legislation, providing ongoing support to the country HR Manager and HRBPs. Support local and regional HR activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 4 to 8 years of proven generalist HR experience. Advanced proficiency in English (speaking, writing, reading); Portuguese preferred. Strong skills in HR management and personnel management. Extensive knowledge of HR functions and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent organizational and conflict management skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Meticulous attention to detail. Knowledge of ERP ORACLE is desirable. Additional Information No calls or agencies please.
