Job Description Boston Scientific is committed to solving healthcare industry challenges. As a quality systems leader, you will be responsible for supervising the implementation and maintenance of all quality systems elements at our Costa Rica site. You will oversee the creation and implementation of a robust quality system in compliance with applicable regulations, leading a cross-functional team to develop procedures that support a successful launch of a product. The position requires experience hosting quality audits and FDA inspections, as well as a strong understanding of project management principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
