Viseven's solutions are represented at major industry events in Barcelona, Philadelphia, London, etc. The rapidly expanding team includes more than 700+ highly-skilled tech - and non-technical experts: front **Role description**: - Viseven comes with a mission to Save lives by making communication faster. - We do so by disrupting how Pharma and Life Sciences create, update, and share the information with Healthcare Professionals, Caregivers, and Patients (yes, with you too). **Responsibilities**: - Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and their customer stakeholders - Develop a strategy to build and grow with each customer, build, and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Source, field, and close new opportunities to augment growth - Be the single point of contact for all customer account management matters - Oversee the ongoing projects and liaise between Client, Viseven internal stakeholders (CEO, CFO, etc.) as well as project teams (Customer Success Manager, PM, etc.) - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits - Drive internal change as needed, to maximize account growth **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree - 3-5 years of management experience - Ability to present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level - Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs - Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time - Marketing (pharma or outside of pharma) background would be a benefit - Accepts accountability for achieving business goals (e.g., account growth, profit, NPS, etc.) - Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress - English - native or Advanced - Spanish and/or French is a plus **What we provide**: - We understand that our team members are essential to making our goals a reality, so we value and empower them to share their vision.
