Support Material Planning & Procurement - Assist contractors with material lists, purchasing logistics, and vendor follow-ups. - Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Issue Escalation & Stakeholder Communication - Flag urgent problems such as scope gaps, no-shows, or procurement delays to the internal team. - Ensure clear, proactive, and bilingual (English/Spanish) communication between all stakeholders. Maintain Operational Documentation & Workflow - Organize project files, update databases, and manage timelines based on internal SOPs. - Assist with tracking expenses, scheduling tasks, and following up on pending action items.
